My Story

As an individual deeply dedicated to the growth and development of grassroots football, I bring a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to making a tangible difference at the foundational level of the sport. My journey in football has been an interesting one, characterised by involvement with some of the most prestigious clubs in the English Premier League.

Having worked closely with Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, and Chelsea FC, I've had the privilege of witnessing the inner workings of elite football organisations. This invaluable experience not only honed my skills and knowledge but also instilled in me a profound appreciation for the sport's power to inspire and unite.

Today, my focus has shifted towards a more meaningful endeavour, one that hits close to home. I proudly dedicate my time and expertise to CHARS Youth FC, a grassroots football club in my beloved hometown of Cheshunt in Hertfordshire. Here, I channel my passion for football into nurturing young talents, including my own sons, Archie and Freddie.

My mission is clear: to provide young players with the best possible football experience, imparting not only the technical skills but also the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. At CHARS Youth FC, we are sowing the seeds for the future of the beautiful game, and I am honoured to play a part in shaping the next generation of football talent.

With a heart firmly rooted in grassroots football and a rich tapestry of experiences with elite clubs, I am committed to driving positive change in the sport at its very foundation. My journey continues, and I am excited about the endless possibilities that lie ahead in the world of grassroots football development.
